情感教学技能与学业投入的关系:有调节的中介模型
The Relationship between Emotional Teaching Skills and Academic Engagement:A Moderated Mediation Model

摘要
为了考察教师情感教学技能与中学生学业投入的关系及作用机制,采用教师情感教学问卷、学业投入量表、学校归属感量表和基本心理需要量表对 1038 名中学生进行调查.结果发现:情感教学技能、学业投入、学校归属感、基本心理需要两两之间均呈显著正相关;学校归属感在情感教学技能与学业投入之间起中介作用;基本心理需要调节"情感教学技能→学校归属感→学业投入"这一中介作用的前半段路径.建议在提高学生学业投入水平时,考虑学生基本心理需要满足程度,重视教师情感教学技能的影响作用,增强学生的学校归属感.
Abstract
In order to investigate the relationship and mechanism between teachers'emotional teaching skills and students'academic engagement,a survey was conducted on 1038 middle school students using the Teachers'Affective Teaching Question-naire,Academic Engagement Scale,School Belonging Scale and Basic Psychological Needs Scale.The results showed significant positive correlations between emotional teaching skills,academic engagement,sense of school belonging and basic psychological needs.School belonging mediated the relationship between emotional teaching skills and academic engagement.Basic psycho-logical needs moderated the first half of the mediation path of"emotional teaching skills→school belonging→academic engage-ment".To improve students'academic engagement,it is suggested to consider the degree to which students'basic psychological needs are met,to emphasize the impact of teachers'emotional teaching skills,and to enhance students'sense of school belonging.
