Context-based Curriculum:Learner-centered Integrated Practice of School-based Curriculum on Learners—A Case Study of High School Affiliated to Shanghai JiaoTong University
Context-based curriculum is a learner-centered curriculum system that involves multiple interactions among teachers,students,texts,and environments.The High School Affiliated to Shanghai Jiao Tong University has actively carried out the integration reform of school-based curriculum,forming the concept of context-based curriculum.Following the principles of systematicness,contextualization,and interaction,it has formed three major curriculum groups:science and technology prac-tice,creative service activities,and career development planning,and the learner-centered practice is reflected in the integra-tion of curriculum content,diversity of forms,and improvement of evaluation.
