摘要

因材施教视野下拔尖创新人才早期培育的初中实践,呼唤拔尖创新人才早期培育的"基础性"观念突破与课程建构整体谋划,在初中阶段厚植"国家课程+数理等校本特色课程"的个性化知识构成根基,在因材施教的教学改革上推进数理等方面有发展潜质学生的学习与探究共进,形成鼓励学生多领域"冒尖"的学校文化氛围,注重初高衔接、大中衔接的专家智慧集聚培育,强化学生思想境界提升与潜能开发并重的综合素质评价.

Abstract

Such practice of early cultivation of top innovative talents in junior middle schools calls for a breakthrough in the fundamental concepts and overall planning of curriculum construction.This involves embedding personalized knowledge founda-tions with"national curriculum+courses with school-based features in mathematics and science"at the stage of junior middle schools.The reform of teaching methods based on tailored education should improve the study and inquiry of the students with de-velopment potential in these areas,and foster a school culture that encourages"their excellence"in multiple fields.Emphasis is placed on gathering experts'wisdom for the seamless transition between junior high schools,senior high schools and colleges,and also on a comprehensive quality evaluation that balances the enhancement of students'ideological levels and the development of their potential.
