Practical Exploration on the Cultivation of"Gifted Students"in Public Junior High Schools from the Perspective of Distributed Leadership—A Case Study of the Shanghai Minhang No.3 Middle School Affiliated to Shanghai Normal University
The cultivation of gifted students has become the focus of current talent training.Relevant research on gifted stu-dent cultivation mainly focuses on high school and higher education stages,with less attention paid to the stage of junior middle school.As an affiliated school of a university,the Shanghai Minhang No.3 Middle School Affiliated to Shanghai Normal Univer-sity has explored a practical model suitable for the cultivation of gifted students in public junior high schools by leveraging and in-tegrating the high-quality educational resources of the university.From the perspective of distributed leadership in the field of educational management,this paper illustrates the valuable experience of the school in the selection in the selection,training,and cultivation of gifted students and the construction of teaching teams,and also details the practical achievements of and reflec-tions on cultivation goals,curriculum systems,cultivation systems,and evaluation methods.
