基于新课改背景,文章以上海市马桥文来外国语小学开发与实施的田间课程为例,论述劳动教育校本化开发的概念与意义,从共同经历、具身认知、及时反馈三个方面阐述劳动教育的理论基础,提出以"课程基础—课程实施—课程成效"为逻辑主线的劳动教育实践框架,形成以劳育德、以实促学、以研促教、以评汇学四个环节的有机循环,构建教学评一体化的劳动教育实践有机链条,推进小学劳动教育与专业课程教育有机融合,为逐步推广劳动教育在全国范围内的实施提供了实践经验.
The Path of School-based Curriculum Development of Labor Education:Taking"Field Curriculum"As an Example
Based on the background of the new curriculum reform,this paper takes the field curriculum of Maqiao Wenlai Foreign Language Primary School as an example to discuss the concept and significance of school-based curriculum in labor edu-cation,combining three aspects of co-experience,embodied cognition and timely feedback.The practical framework of labor education with"curriculum foundation,curriculum implementation,curriculum effectiveness"as the logical main line,forming a four-step:cultivating morality by labor,promoting learning by practice,promoting teaching by research,and summarizing learn-ing by evaluation.The organic cycle builds an chain of labor education practice that integrates learning,teaching and evaluation,promotes organic integration of the primary school labor education and the specialized curriculum education,and the establish-ment of labor education in the national scope will be gradually promoted.
