特级教师身体意象的核心特征研究——基于扎根理论的模型建构

The Core Characteristics of Body Image in Senior Teachers—A Model Construction Based on Grounded Theory

身体意象是个体对自我身体的感知和评价,涵盖身体的生理功能特征以及个人对这些特征的态度.采用扎根理论方法对 10 位特级教师进行深度访谈,并对访谈资料进行三级编码,抽取身体认识、身体功能、身体体验、身体调节四个核心类属.研究发现:特级教师身体意象具有接受自身身体、满意身体功能、体验身体美好、爱惜身体形象等核心特征.据此提出特级教师身体意象优化策略:正确认识身体,重塑身体理念;增强身体意识,掌握调节方法;注重身体体验,参与具身实践.
Body image encompasses individuals'perceptions and evaluations of their own bodies,including physiological function characteristics and personal attitude towards these characteristics.Based on the grounded theory,the in-depth inter-views with 10 senior teachers were conducted,and the data of the interview was analyzed through three levels of coding,extract-ing four core categories:"body cognition","body function","body experience"and"body regulation".This study finds that the senior teachers'body image has the core characteristics of accepting their own body,being satisfied with body functions,experi-encing bodily well-being,and caring for their body image.Based on these findings,strategies for optimizing master teachers'physical image are proposed:correctly understanding of the body,reshaping body concepts,enhancing body awareness,master-ing regulation methods,emphasizing body experience,and participating in embodied practices.
