Structural Reshaping and Practical Pathways of Teacher Education Ecosys-tem in the Context of Digital Transformation
From an ecological perspective,this study clarifies the components of the teacher education ecosystem and their ecological niches in China,pointing out the structural fragmentation issues between the stages of traditional teacher professional development caused by the information black box and information cocoons,and the misalignment between organizational environ-ment and teacher educators.Based on the restructuring of the teacher education ecosystem,it also explores this transition process towards a pre-service and in-service integrated structure in the context of digital transformation by means of both internal optimi-zation and external intervention.On this basis,the study further proposes a realistic pathway to realize teachers'seamless profes-sional development throughout their entire career life cycle by strengthening digital infrastructure construction,improving data-driven professional development,and building remote teaching and research communities.
