The Predicament and Solution of Professional Development for Dance Teachers in Primary and Secondary Schools from the Perspective of Identity Recognition
The identity recognition of dance teachers is a crucial factor influencing the development of dance education.This research finds that the intertwining of multiple identities of dance teachers has become the fuse for the current crisis of their iden-tity recognition.The teacher identity crisis mainly stems from three factors:the gap between pre-professional cognition and post-professional identity,the change of the main consciousness of the school,and the lack of community consultation environment.In response to the identity crisis of dance teachers,this study proposes to resolve the crisis by clarifying the boundaries of teacher identity,building a community of practice for dance teachers,and establishing a system to ensure teacher development.
