Exploration on the Observation and Assessment of Children Under the Back-ground of Evaluation Evaluation
The observation and assessment of children has faced causing by various factors.Firstly,because there are too many indicators of observation and assessment,and being influenced by individual subjectivity,the content of observation and as-sessment of children is difficult to clarify and is chosen at random.In addition,the lack of separation of"role of teaching"and"role of assessment",as well as two roles can't being in two places at once,make the observation and assessment of children not being taken seriously,mainly coping.Moreover,the conclusions of children's observation and assessment of children are not al-ways reliable and impartial due to the specialized and technical nature required.At the same time,the operation of children's ob-servation and assessment is complex,it leads to the lack or weakening of the links of analysis,and also feedback and utilization.In order to solve the above difficulties,teachers should make the observation and assessment of young children objective and clear,normal and constant,authentic and reliable,as well as complete and efficient,so as to play the educational function of evaluation.
