Content Structure and Cognitive Construction of the Subject of Music under the New Curriculum Standards
In response to the value orientation proposed in the revised compulsory education curriculum standards, which ad-vocates the structuring of course content to facilitate the structuralization of students'cognition, the subject of music in primary and secondary schools faces practical challenges at the levels of curriculum, textbooks, and teaching. To explore solutions to these issues, this paper proposes a bottom-up strategy for the structuring of course content:at the micro level, implementing micro-units to emphasize the structured organization of teaching content, thereby promoting students'aesthetic understanding and cognitive development;at the meso level, refining the"big ideas"of the subject and proposing a new concept for structuring curriculum content. It also emphasizes the importance of the"question chain"strategy in promoting students'cognitive construc-tion during the cognitive structuring process.
