In order to better solve the problem of excavation of coastal underground engineering in the complex environment of high-water level,the research analyzed and summarized the key construction technologies and core processes such as the con-struction of the pipe jacking curtain of the tunnel under the excavation section,the improvement of soil grouting,the monitoring and measurement,aiming to reasonably control safety,quality,progress,cost,environmental protection and other as-pects of the project,and provide reference for the construction of ultra shallow buried and concealed tunnels.
