跨扩建高速公路钢箱梁顶推施工监控与分析

以京沪高速公路淮安至江都段扩建工程为背景,某两跨连续钢箱梁桥采用"前端步履式顶推+后端一次吊装到位"的施工方案,对该施工方案进行详细介绍.通过建立有限元模型对施工过程进行数值分析,提出施工监控方案,并对监控实测数据与理论计算数据进行比对,研究显示钢导梁前端位移、测点应力和最终线形方面的理论值和实测值均较吻合,且相应值均在规定范围内.研究结果表明所提出的施工方案可行,研究成果可为类似工程提供参考.
Monitoring and Analysis of Pushing Construction of Steel Box Girder across Expanded Expressway
Taking the expansion project of Huai'an-Jiangdu section of the Beijing-Shanghai Expressway as the background,a two span continuous steel box girder bridge adopts the construction method of"front-end walking jacking+rear end hoisting in place at one time",introduces its construction scheme in detail,analyzes its construction process numerically by establishing a finite element model,and puts forward the construction monitoring scheme.The monitoring measured data are compared with the theoretical calculation data,it is found that the theoretical values of front-end displacement,measuring point stress and fi-nal alignment of steel guide beam are in good agreement with the measured values,and the values are within the specified val-ue range.The research results show that the construction scheme is feasible and can provide reference for similar projects.
