碱渣泡沫轻质土路基的施工方法及抗压强度测试

碱渣是氨碱法生产纯碱时产生的废渣,其大量堆积会污染环境.利用原状碱渣制备碱渣泡沫轻质土,并将其用作连云港至宿迁高速公路徐圩—灌云段的路基填料;优化施工方案,提出碱渣泡沫轻质土路基的施工方法;测定抗压强度,并将其与设计值及规范值进行对比.研究表明,碱渣泡沫轻质土的施工方法简单,抗压强度符合设计及规范要求.碱渣泡沫轻质土可替代传统泡沫轻质土,达到节约水泥、减少碳排放和降低工程造价的目的,具有广阔的应用前景.
Construction Method and Compressive Strength Test of Soda Residue-based Foamed Lightweight Soil Subgrade
Soda residue is the waste residue generated during the production of soda using ammonia-soda process,and its large accumulation will pollute the environment.In this investigation,the soda residue-based foamed lightweight soil was pre-pared using the original soda residue,and it was employed as the subgrade filler for Xuwei-Guanyun section of Lianyungang-Suqian Expressway.Optimizing the construction scheme,the construction method of soda residue-based foamed lightweight soil was proposed;the compressive strength was determined and compared with the design and specification values.These find-ing demonstrate that the construction method of soda residue-based foamed lightweight soil is simple,and the compressive strength meets the design and specification requirements.The conventional foamed lightweight soil can be re-placed using soda residue-based foamed lightweight soil,which can achieve the purpose of saving cement,reducing carbon emissions and engineering cost,and has a wide application prospect.
