北江特大桥深水双壁钢围堰设计与施工

以北江特大桥项目为依托,对深水双壁钢围堰进行设计验算,并研究精准下沉定位技术.首先,综合考虑多因素,采用Rhino软件建模,设计的双壁钢围堰高23.045 m、外径19.5 m,并利用Midas Civil软件进行有限元分析,验算结果表明双壁钢围堰整体及其各构件的刚度、强度与稳定性均满足规范要求.其次,探讨深水双壁钢围堰的施工工艺流程及快速精准下沉定位技术,研发了精准下沉限位装置及精准定位施工工法,在实际应用中验证该工法的效果,并简要阐述封底混凝土技术及围堰回收技术的施工要点.最后,通过工程实践,验证有限元计算的可靠性与精准下沉定位技术的可行性,研究成果可为类似工程提供参考.
Design and Construction of the Deep-water Double-walled Steel Cofferdam for Beijiang Super Major Bridge
Relying on the Beijiang Super Major Bridge project,the design and calculation of the deep-water double-walled steel cofferdam were carried out,and the precise sinking positioning technology was studied.Firstly,considering multi-ple factors comprehensively,Rhino software was used for modeling.A double-walled steel cofferdam with a height of 23.045 m and an outer diameter of 19.5 m was designed.The finite element analysis using Midas Civil was used to calculate that the stiffness,strength and stability of the double-walled steel cofferdam as a whole and its components met the specifica-tion requirements.Secondly,the construction process and rapid and accurate sinking positioning technology of deep-water doub-le-walled steel cofferdam were explored,and the accurate sinking limit device and accurate positioning construction method were developed.The effect of the construction method was verified in practical application,and the construction key points of bottom sealing concrete technology and cofferdam recovery technology were briefly expounded.Finally,through engineering practice,the reliability of finite element calculation and the feasibility of accurate sinking positioning technology were verified.The research results can provide reference for similar projects.
