基于AHP的街道空间适宜性评价指标体系研究

利用目标分解法选取街道空间评价指标,并结合AHP(analytic hierarchy process,层次分析法)和多级模糊数学原理,构建模糊综合评价模型,用于多维度街道空间适宜性评估.先获取综合评价权重系数,再对南京白下高新技术产业园区的街道进行案例评估.结果表明,安全性和便捷性是影响街道空间适宜性的主要因素,其次是活力性,智慧性、绿色性和文化性的影响较小,该园区街道空间适宜性总体良好,评价模型的合理性得到验证,研究成果可为城市街道空间管理与优化提供参考.
Research on Street Space Suitability Evaluation Index System Based on AHP
The evaluation index of street space is selected through the target decomposition method.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method combining analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and multi-level fuzzy mathematics theory is used to establish a multi-level fuzzy evaluation model of street space suitability,and the comprehensive evaluation weight coefficient is obtained.Taking the street space of Nanjing Baixia High-tech Zone as an example to evaluate.The results show that safety and convenience are the main factors affecting the suitability of street,followed by vitality,intelligence,green and cul-ture,and the suitability of street space in the park is generally good.The rationality of the evaluation model has been verified,which can provide a reference for the urban street space management and optimization.
