盾构始发与接收是整个盾构法施工中的关键环节,加强对相关施工技术的研究具有现实意义.天津市滨海新区轨道交通B1线欣嘉园东站—欣嘉园站区间采用盾构法施工,在车站端头始发井内利用反力架和临时安装的负环管片提供反力,通过端头井地层加固、洞门围护结构凿除、洞门密封以及盾构始发掘进参数动态调整等准备及技术措施,保证了盾构在粉质土层中顺利始发.
Research on Shield Launching Construction Technology in Silty Soil Layer
The launching and arrival of shield are the key links in the whole shield construction,it is of practical significance to strengthen the research on relevant construction technology.Shield method is adopted in the construction between Xinjia-yuan East Station and Xinjiayuan Station of Tianjin Metro Line B1 in Binhai New Area,a reaction frame and a temporary in-stallation of negative loop pipe plates are used to provide reaction in the initial well at the end of the station.Through a series of preparation and technical measures,such as stratum reinforcement of end shaft,cutting of the retaining structure of the tun-nel door,sealing of the tunnel door,and dynamic adjustment of the initial driving parameters of the shield machine,etc.,the smooth initiation of shield in silty soil layer is ensured.
