岩溶地区土压平衡盾构机主要掘进参数研究

为研究岩溶地区土压平衡盾构机主要掘进参数的控制问题,依托贵阳轨道交通3号线一期工程中具有代表性的四皂区间(四方河站—皂角井站)盾构施工项目,统计分析盾构机的总推力、刀盘扭矩、掘进速度、土仓压力4个主要掘进参数,并采用数理统计方法研究参数的相关性及影响因素.结果表明:在岩溶地区,土压平衡盾构机主要掘进参数的实际控制值符合正态分布规律;受特殊地质条件影响,各参数的相关性较弱.研究成果可为类似隧道工程提供参考.
Study on Main Tunneling Parameters of Earth Pressure Balanced Shield Machine in Karst Area
In order to study the control problem of main tunneling parameters of earth pressure balanced shield machine in Karst area,based on the shield construction project between Sifanghe Station and Zaojiaojing Station in the first phase of Guiy-ang Urban Rail Transit Line 3,the main tunneling parameters such as total thrust,cutter head torque,tunnelling speed and earth bin pressure of the shield machine were statistically analyzed,and the correlation and influencing factors of tunneling pa-rameters were studied using mathematical statistics method.The results show that the control values of main tunneling parame-ters of earth pressure balanced shield machine accord with the normal distribution law in Karst area.Affected by special geo-logical conditions,the correlation between parameters is weak.The research results can provide some reference for other simi-lar tunnel projects.
