梁板顶面连接钢筋保护措施的优化设计

从保护梁板顶面预埋连接钢筋的角度出发,在考虑经济性和实用性的前提下,对连接钢筋保护措施进行优化设计,提出较合理的设计方案及施工保护措施.研究结果表明:采用微改进的U形槽钢铺设梁板并架设运输轨道,可有效预防传统施工中预埋连接筋的反复破坏问题,保护效果较好;在桥梁设计中,优化调整梁板顶面门形筋的高度、位置及型式,可规避梁板架设施工对连接钢筋的破坏影响,同时,采用U形槽钢覆盖保护,可防止连接钢筋被破坏.
Optimized Design of Protective Measures for Connecting Steel Bars on the Top Surface of the Beam Plate
The research takes the protection of embedded connecting bars on the top surface of the beam plate as the starting point,and optimizes the design of the connecting steel bar protection measures under the premise of economy and practicality,and puts forward a more reasonable design scheme and construction process protection measures.The results show that the use of slightly improved U channel steel to lay beams and plates to erect transportation tracks can effectively prevent the problem of repeated overwhelming and failure of embedded connecting ribs in traditional construction,and can play a good protective effect.In the design of the bridge,the height,position and type of the roof door bar of the beam plate can be opti-mized to avoid the damage influence of the beam and plate frame facilities on the connecting steel bars,and combined with the U channel steel cover protection,the problem of connection steel damage can be effectively solved.
