Using a combination of trend oriented and goal oriented methods,the research analyzes the demand and challenges faced by Nanjing's comprehensive transportation services during the 14th Five-Year Plan period,proposes development goals for comprehensive transportation services,and formulates a refined indicator system.The research puts forward the comprehen-sive transportation service planning strategy of Nanjing during the 14th Five-Year Plan period from the aspects of transportation hub network,transportation service experience,transportation mode integration,green and low-carbon transfor-mation,and intelligent transportation governance,providing theoretical support for related transportation construction.
