摘要

现代有轨电车已在多个城市开通运营,建立有轨电车后评价体系的必要性逐渐凸显.以南京河西新城有轨电车为例,首先利用层次分析法(analytic hierarchy process,AHP)建立有轨电车后评价模型,其次基于模型从规划功能、客流效益、运营管理和交通影响四个方面提出后评价体系,对河西新城有轨电车规划、建设、运营及维护提出合理的改善建议,同时也为类似后评价项目提供参考.

Abstract

The modern tram has been in operation in many cities of our country,and the necessity of establishing the post-evaluation system of tram is becoming more and more obvious.Taking the tram of Hexi New Town in Nanjing as an example,firstly,the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is used to construct the model for post-evaluation,secondly,the post evalua-tion system is proposed from four aspects of planning functions,passenger flow benefit,operation management and traffic im-pact based on the model,so as to put forward reasonable suggestions for the tram planning,construction,operation and main-tenance in Hexi New Town,and also provide reference for the subsequent similar projects in the future.
