轨道交通工程中变宽连续U形梁的设计研究

在某轨道交通工程中,跨越道路时采用(30+48+30)m双线变宽连续U形梁,主梁采用现浇施工.该桥线路的间距变化大、设计难度大,通过建立有限元模型,对比分析杆系模型和三维实体模型的计算结果,研究关键截面纵向应力、横向应力的分布情况,验证桥梁构造设计、预应力布置的合理性,并提出桥梁的设计要点.研究表明,该类U形梁不仅可用于标准双线宽度的连续结构,还可用于非道岔区的连续变宽结构,从而拓展了连续U形梁在轨道交通领域的应用范围、丰富了 U形梁的结构体系.
Design Research of Width-variable Continuous U Beam in Rail Transit Engineering
A(30+48+30)m double-line widened continuous U beam is used when crossing the road in a rail transit project,and the main beam is cast-in-place.The distance of tracks the bridge lines varies greatly,so the design is difficult.The research in-tends to compare and analyze the calculation results of the rod system model and the three-dimensional solid model by establis-hing the finite element model,and study the longitudinal stress and transverse stress distribution on key sections,and verify rea-sonableness of the structural construction design and prestressed arrangement.And design points of the kind of bridge are put for-ward.Through the analysis,it is proved that the continuous U beam can be applied not only to the continuous structure with standard width,but also to the continuous widened structure in the non-turnout area thus expanding the application scope of the continuous U beam in the field of rail transit,and enriching the U beam structural system.
