环氧沥青超薄密水抗滑层在高速公路养护中的应用研究

依托高速公路路面处治工程,针对目前沥青路面预防性养护措施存在的工后路面抗滑性能指标衰减较快、性价比不高等问题,提出了一种处理效果更好、性价比更高的路面表层病害预防性养护技术——环氧沥青超薄密水抗滑层.进行试验研究并结合工程实际对环氧沥青超薄密水抗滑层的施工方法和实用效果等进行探讨,结果显示,碎石撒布量为8 kg/m2、环氧沥青洒布量为1.1 kg/m2时,该环氧沥青超薄密水抗滑层的使用性能、工程应用效果最好,且施工较简便.
Study on the Application of Ultra-thin Water-resistant Anti-slip Layer of Epoxy Asphalt for Expressway Maintenance
Relying on the expressway pavement treatment project,in view of the problems existing in the preventive mainte-nance measures of asphalt pavement,such as the rapid decline of skid resistance index and low cost-performance ratio of the pavement after construction,a preventive maintenance technology for pavement surface diseases with better treatment effect and higher cost-performance ratio—epoxy asphalt ultra-thin water-resistant anti-slip layer are proposed.The construc-tion method and practical effect of the ultra-thin water-resistant anti-slip layer of epoxy asphalt are discussed in combination with the engineering test road.The test results show that when the amount of gravel is 8 kg/m and the epoxy asphalt is 1.1 kg/m2,the ultra-thin water-resistant anti-slip layer has good performance and engineering application effect,and the con-struction is simple and convenient.
