胶粉复合改性沥青在薄层罩面沥青混合料中的应用研究

我国早期修建的高等级公路目前已普遍进入养护维修阶段,薄层罩面是常用的沥青路面养护手段,改性沥青则是薄层罩面沥青混合料中的关键材料.通过制备胶粉与SBS(苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物)复合改性剂,与胶粉共同加入沥青中,获得胶粉复合改性沥青应用于薄层罩面沥青混合料.研究胶粉掺量与养生时间对胶粉复合改性沥青三大指标(软化点、针入度、延度)及黏度的影响,以及对薄层罩面沥青混合料的高低温性能和水稳定性能的影响规律.结果表明,增大胶粉掺量有利于提高复合改性沥青的黏度和薄层罩面沥青混合料的路用性能,养生时间过长会对胶粉复合改性沥青的性能产生不利影响.综合胶粉复合改性沥青指标与薄层罩面沥青混合料性能,推荐将胶粉复合改性沥青应用于薄层罩面时胶粉掺量取15%、养生时间取4h.
Study on Application of Rubber Powder Composite Modified Asphalt in Thin Overlay Asphalt Mixture
The high-grade highways built in the early days in China have generally entered the maintenance stage,thin overlay is a common maintenance method of asphalt pavement,and modified asphalt is the key material in thin overlay as-phalt mixture.By preparing rubber powder and SBS(styrene butadiene styrene block copolymer)composite modifier,and then adding rubber powder,the rubber powder composite modified asphalt was prepared and applied to thin overlay asphalt mix-ture.Study the influence of rubber powder amount and curing time on the three indexes(softening point,penetration,ductility)and viscosity of rubber powder composite modified asphalt,and on the high temperature performance,low temperature performance and water stability of thin overlay asphalt mixture.The results show that the increase of rubber powder amount is beneficial to improve the viscosity of the composite modified asphalt and the road performance of thin overlay asphalt mixture,too long curing time has an adverse impact on the performance of rubber powder composite modified asphalt.Based on the compos-ite modified asphalt index and the performance of thin overlay asphalt mixture,it is recommended that the appropriate amount of rubber powder for thin overlay is 15%,and the curing time is 4 h.
