摘要

公路工程是交通行业节能减排的重点领域,在"碳达峰、碳中和"背景下,对其进行碳排放测算尤为重要.梳理回顾了近年来国内外有关碳排放测算的标准规范发展主要进程,总结分析了公路工程建设碳排放测算方法与测算结果影响因素,指出当前我国公路工程建设碳排放测算研究的不足之处,并提出合理建议,为碳排放标准体系建设以及交通行业碳减排工作顺利开展提供参考.

Abstract

Highway engineering construction is a key field of energy conservation and emission reduction in the transporta-tion industry,and it is particularly important to measure carbon emissions under the background of the"Carbon Peak and Car-bon Neutrality".This article reviews the main process of the development of standards and regulations related to carbon emis-sion measurement at home and abroad in recent years,summarizes and analyzes the carbon emission measurement methods and influencing factors of the calculation results in highway engineering construction,and points out the shortcomings of our country's current research on carbon emission measurement of highway engineering construction,put forward some rea-sonable suggestions,which can provide reference for the construction of carbon emission standard system and the smooth devel-opment of carbon emission reduction in the transportation industry.
