温度对过江盾构隧道接缝张开量的影响研究

结合不同温度变化期、不同隧道部位,研究过江盾构隧道环缝与纵缝张开量随温度的变化规律,并对监测数据进行分析.研究中建立数值模型,模拟密封垫与管片因温度变化产生的变形,同时,计算密封垫与管片收缩引起的接缝张开量.采用线性回归拟合方法分析接缝张开变化量与温度的线性关系,并利用南京定淮门长江隧道的温度数据预测接缝张开量.将张开量的拟合数据与监测数据进行对比验证,对比结果较吻合.
Study on the Influence of Temperature on Seam Opening Amount of Cross-river Shield Tunnel
Combining different temperature change periods and different tunnel locations,study the variation law of the open-ing of the circumferential and longitudinal joints of the shield tunnel crossing the river with temperature,and analyze the moni-toring data.In the research,a numerical model is established to simulate the deformation of the rubber gasket and the seg-ment due to temperature changes,and to calculate the seam opening caused by the shrinkage of the rubber gasket and the con-crete segment.The method of linear regression fitting is used to analyze the linear relationship between the variation of seam opening and temperature.The temperature data of the Nanjing Dinghuaimen Yangtze River Tunnel is used to predict the seam opening.The fitting data of the seam opening is compared and verified with the monitoring data,and the comparison results are in good agreement.
