隧道干冰粉膨胀破岩绿色施工技术研究

提出一种新型隧道干冰粉膨胀破岩绿色施工技术,在明挖隧道中进行现场试验,同时对破岩过程中的振动和噪声数据进行测量.试验结果表明:干冰粉膨胀破岩的最大振动速度在振源距离为3.91 m时衰减至约50 mm/s,满足安全质点振动速度的要求;噪声在振源距离为3.91 m时仅为80 dB,对周边环境影响较小;振动能量的频率主要为1~120 Hz.干冰粉膨胀破岩是一种新型绿色破岩技术,在隧道开挖项目中应用前景广阔.
Research on Green Construction Technology of Tunnel Dry Ice Powder Expansion Rock Breaking
A new type of dry ice powder expansion green construction technology for rock-breaking in tunnels is proposed.Field tests are carried out in open-cut tunnels,and vibration and noise data during rock-breaking are measured at the same time.The test results show that:the maximum vibration velocity of dry ice powder thermal shock rock breaking is attenuated to about 50 mm/s at the vibration source distance of 3.91 m,which meets the requirements of safe particle vibration velocity;the noise is only 80 dB at the vibration source distance of 3.91 m,which has a relatively small impact on the surrounding envi-ronment;the frequency of vibration energy is mainly 1~120 Hz.Dry ice powder expansion rock breaking is a new type of green rock breaking technology,which with broad application prospects in tunnel excavation projects.
