某波形钢箱拱桥的拱梁施工顺序研究

为分析梁、拱的施工顺序对某波形钢箱拱桥成桥状态下关键受力构件的影响,运用有限元软件midas Civil建立全桥有限元模型,对比分析不同施工顺序下,拱桥成桥状态中关键受力构件的应力情况,明确合理的梁、拱施工方案.结果表明:在采用先梁后拱的施工方案时,主梁受力的安全性显著增强;在不同施工方案中,钢箱拱、混凝土拱及吊杆的应力差异不大;考虑施工现场实际情况、施工安全性、工期等因素,先梁后拱的施工方案优于其他方案.
Research on the Construction Sequence of Arch and Beam in a Wavy Steel Box Arch Bridge
In order to analyze the influence of construction sequences of beam and arch on the key stressed components of a wavy steel box arch bridge in the completed state,the research uses the finite element software midas Civil to establish the fi-nite element model of the whole bridge,compares and analyzes the stress of the key stressed components in the completed state of the arch bridge under different construction sequences,and defines the reasonable construction scheme of beam and arch.The results show that the stress safety of the main beam is significantly improved when the construction scheme of beam before arch is adopted.In the different construction schemes,the stress difference of steel box arch,concrete arch and sus-pender is small.Considering the actual situation of the construction site,construction safety and construction period and other factors,the construction scheme of beam before arch is better than other schemes.
