软弱土层中联络通道冻结工程温度场实测研究

基于南京地铁7号线某区间联络通道冻结工程,研究在富水砂土软弱地层中运用人工冻结法加固时,加固区土体温度的变化规律,为类似冻结工程提供数据与技术支撑.通过在冻结加固土层内布置测温孔,对冻结加固区土层冻结温度场进行测定,得出其温度变化规律.结果显示,总去路、总回路盐水温度变化可分为迅速降低、保持稳定和维护冻结三个阶段;各测点土体降温均呈现先快后慢的趋势;距离冻结管越近、附近冻结管数量越多,冻结帷幕扩展越快,向内侧扩展速率大于向外侧扩展速率;冻结45 d时最小冻结壁厚度与冻结帷幕平均温度均达到设计要求.采用人工冻结法对南京地铁7号线区间联络通道进行加固,冻结帷幕的厚度与平均温度均在设计时间内达到设计要求,加固效果良好.故在软弱地层中应用人工冻结法能实现良好的加固功效,研究可为类似冻结工程提供数据与技术支撑.
Experimental Study on Freezing Engineering Temperature Field of the Connecting Channel in Soft Soil Layer
Based on the freezing project of a connecting channel of Nanjing Metro Line 7,the change law of soil tempera-ture in the reinforcement area is studied when the artificial freezing method is used to strengthen the soft soil of water-rich sand layer,to provide data and technical support for similar freezing projects.By arranging temperature measuring holes in the freezing and strengthening soil layer,the freezing temperature field of the soil layer in the freezing and strengthening area is measured,and the temperature change law is obtained.The results show that the tem-perature change of brine in main pipes for brine supply and return can be divided into three stages:rapidly decreasing,maintaining stability and maintaining freezing;the soil cooling at each measuring point shows a trend of first fast and then slow;the closer to the freezing pipe,the greater the number of freezing pipes nearby,the faster the freezing wall expands,the expansion rate to the inside is greater than that to the outside;the minimum freezing wall thickness and the average temperature of the freezing wall both meet the design requirements when frozen for 45 days.The artificial freezing method is used to reinforce the connecting channel of Nanjing Metro Line 7,the thickness and average tempera-ture of the freezing wall meet the design requirements within the design days,and the reinforcement effect is good.There-fore,the artificial freezing method can achieve a good reinforcement effect in weak strata,and provide data and techni-cal support for similar freezing projects.
