重载条件下大跨度地下连续墙凿除关键技术

盾构施工中一般采用龙门吊进行垂直运输,龙门吊轨道梁基础通常作用于主体结构地下连续墙上,后期凿除地下连续墙后,车站附属结构与主体结构才能连接在一起.当盾构与车站附属结构同期施工时,凿除附属与主体结构相连的地下连续墙时保证龙门吊安全使用是工程的难点.针对上述情况,基于广州地铁5号线保盈大道站附属结构大跨度地下连续墙凿除开展研究并成功实施,总结出重载条件下大跨度地下连续墙凿除关键技术,包括设置底板支撑、格构柱换撑、连续墙分段凿除、轨道梁沉降监测、底板后浇带施工等,为类似工程的设计与施工提供参考.
Key Technologies of Removing Large-span Diaphragm Walls Under Heavy Load Conditions
In shield construction,gantry cranes are commonly used for vertical transportation.The foundations of the gan-try crane track beams usually apply to the diaphragm walls of the main structures.The auxiliary and main structure of the sta-tion construction project can be connected together only after the removal of diaphragm walls.When the shield and the auxilia-ry structure of the station are being constructed at the same time,how to ensure the safety of the gantry cranes while removing the diaphragm walls between the auxiliary and the main structure is a difficult task.In view of the above,based on the re-search and successful implementation of the large-span diaphragm wall chiseling in the auxiliary structure of Baoying Dadao Station in Guangzhou Metro Line 5,the key technologies of removing large-span diaphragm walls under heavy load conditions are summarized,which consists of setting floor braces,lattice column replacement,section removal of diaphragm walls,track beam settlement monitoring,floor post-casting construction etc.,providing references for the design and construc-tion of similar projects.
