当前,码头的使用要求日益复杂,将码头结构简化为平面进行受力计算的方法已不能完全满足设计需求.运用有限元软件Robot Structural Analysis(以下简称Robot)建立梁板式高桩码头空间模型,分析结构内力,将计算结果与易工三维模型的结果进行对比,总结两种模型的优缺点,验证Robot空间模型的准确性.结果表明,在竖向荷载和水平荷载作用下,Robot模型中桩轴力和梁的最大正弯矩误差较小,桩弯矩和最小负弯矩误差较大,计算结果基本准确,与易工模型各有优劣.Robot模型的计算结果可靠,同时解决了易工模型因简化受力而忽略构件空间受力影响的问题.
Internal Force Analysis of High Pile Wharf Structure Based on Finite Element Method
At present,the requirements for the use of wharves are increasing complex,the method of simplifying the wharf structure to a plane for force calculation can no longer fully meet the design requirements.Use the finite element software Robot Structural Analysis(hereinafter referred to as Robot)to establish the spatial model of beam slab high pile wharf,ana-lyze the internal force of the structure,compare the calculation results with those of the 3D model of Easydoing,summarize the advantages and disadvantages of the two models,and verify the accuracy of the Robot spatial model.The results show that under the action of vertical load and horizontal load,the error of pile axial force and maximum positive bending moment of the beam in Robot model is small,the error of the pile bending moment and the minimum negative bending moment is larger,the calculation results are basically accurate,and has its own advantages and disadvantages compared with Easydoing model.The calculation results of the Robot model are reliable,and the problem that Easydoing model ignores the influence of spatial forces due to simplification of forces is solved.
