学前教育数字治理的内涵诠释、核心要素和实施进路

在推进教育治理现代化与建设数字中国背景下,人工智能、大数据技术等信息化技术推动学前教育领域产生内生性数字治理需求.学前教育数字治理是运用大数据、云计算、网络信息技术等一系列数字化手段来展开的管理活动,其核心要素包括治理目标、治理组织、治理参与、治理工具和治理监测五个方面.结合学前教育数字治理的现实需求,下一步需在三个方面进行努力:一是理论层面,应提高学前教育数字治理认知,厘清学前教育数字治理的价值追求,完善学前教育治理模式;二是制度层面,应强化学前教育数字治理的制度建设,健全学前教育数字治理的微观机制;三是实施层面,应丰富学前教育数字治理实施的内容与方法,提升学前教育数字治理的技术能力,搭建学前教育数字治理平台.
The Connotation Interpretation,Core Elements and Implementation Approaches of Digital Governance in Preschool Education
Under the background of promoting the modernization of educational governance and building a digital China,artificial intelligence,big data technology and information technology can promote the endogenous digital governance demand in preschool education.Digital governance of preschool education is a management activity carried out by using a series of digital means such as big data,cloud computing and network information technology.There are five elements of preschool education digital governance,namely,governance objectives,governance organizations,governance participation,governance tools and governance monitoring.Based on the analysis of realistic needs of digital governance of preschool education,this paper explores the feasible paths of digital gover-nance of preschool education.Firstly,on the theoretical level,we should improve the cognition of dig-ital governance of preschool education,clarify the value pursuit of digital governance of preschool ed-ucation,and improve the governance model of preschool education.Secondly,on the system level,it is proposed that the system construction of digital governance of preschool education should be strengthened and the micro-mechanism of digital governance of preschool education should be im-proved.Thirdly,at the implementation level,it is necessary to enrich the content and methods of im-plementing digital governance in preschool education,enhance the technical capabilities of digital governance in preschool education,and build a digital governance platform for preschool education.
