The Basic Connotation and Improvement Path of Interdisciplinary Literacy of Primary and Secondary School Teachers Based on the New Curriculum Standards
To implement the requirements of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China for the cultivation of innovative talents and promote the implementation of the new curricu-lum standards for compulsory education,the establishment of interdisciplinary themed learning activ-ities is an important way to create high-quality classrooms and promote the high-quality develop-ment of primary and secondary education.In the current process of integrating interdisciplinary and school-based curriculum,there are changes in policy requirements,application scenarios,implemen-tation targets,and technological environment.Based on the development process of interdisciplinary,primary and secondary school teachers in the context of the new curriculum standards should possess comprehensive interdisciplinary literacy such as interdisciplinary knowledge reserves,interdisciplin-ary awareness,interdisciplinary actions,and interdisciplinary reflection.Through joint training,itera-tive teaching and research,role transformation,and technological empowerment,the improvement of teachers'interdisciplinary literacy can promote the cultivation of high-quality interdisciplinary teachers,and enhance the development of compulsory education to a new level.
