职业本科教育是指参加完全中等教育后,以实践性知识为基础,以行业产业链或岗位(群)实践能力为指向,通过产教融合、校企"双元"育人模式培养高层次技术技能人才的教育.发展职业本科教育的途径,除了职业专科升格为职业本科之外,应用型本科教育也应成为职业本科教育的主体.办好职业本科教育,要遵循其内在的逻辑要求,深刻把握其价值取向的行业性产业性,设置目标的应用性职业性,在课程设置上体现复合性,在培养过程上突出实践性.通过建设高水平"双师型"教师队伍和实施产教融合、校企"双元"育人模式,为推动我国产业转型升级和经济社会高质量发展提供更多高层次技术技能人才.
Essential Connotation and Practical Logic of Vocational Undergraduate Education
Vocational undergraduate education,which follows complete secondary education,is based on practical knowledge and is oriented towards industry chains or position(group)practical abilities.It aims to cultivate high-level technical skills talents through an integration of production and education and school-enterprise"dual"education mode.While the vocational college upgrades to the vocational undergraduate education,vocational undergraduate education also puts industrial application-oriented undergraduate education at its core.To establish high-quality vocational under-graduate education,it is important to follow its internal logic,deeply understand its specific industri-al value orientation,incorporate application and career oriented nature in the goal setting,reflect combination and complexity in curriculum setting,and highlight the practical skills in the training process.Through the construction of a high-level"dual-qualified"teacher team,the application of the integration of production and education,and school-enterprise"dual"education model,it can provide more high-level technical skills talents to promote the industrial transformation and upgrad-ing and the economic and social development in China.
