人类命运共同体视域下"一带一路"文化认同:中国高等教育的使命与承载

"一带一路"文化是推动"一带一路"高质量和可持续发展的"软实力",其形成和发展离不开"一带一路"文化认同.教育是文化传播的主要手段,推动和促进"一带一路"文化认同是中国高等教育的重要使命.在实现中国高等教育重要使命过程中,正确理解"一带一路"文化认同是基础,创生"一带一路"话语体系是核心,培养"一带一路"文化认同复合型人才是关键.然而,认同并不是一种自然主义的既存状态,"一带一路"文化认同建构面临着客体性困境、主体性困境和间性困境等.面对新使命,中国高等教育要有意识建构"一带一路"文化话语体系,在以传统文化重构文化主体性、面向他者文化消解文化间性、以强化道德领导促进文化认同三个方面进行努力,以文化建设助力共建"一带一路".
Cultural Identity of the Belt and Road Initiative from the Perspective of Community of Human Destiny:Mission and Bearing of Chinese Higher Education
The Belt and Road cultural is the"soft power"to promote the high-quality and sus-tainable development of the Belt and Road Initiative,and its formation and development cannot be separated from the Belt and Road cultural identity.Education is the main means of cultural transmis-sion,promoting the Belt and Road cultural identity as an important mission of Chinese higher educa-tion.To understand the Belt and Road cultural identity correctly is the basis of its mission realization among them,to create the Belt and Road discourse system as the core of its mission realization,and to cultivate the Belt and Road cultural identity compound talents is the key to the realization of its mission.However,identity is not an existing state of naturalism,and the construction of cultural iden-tity in Chinese higher education Belt and Road is faced with challenges such as objective dilemma,subjective dilemma and intersexual dilemma.In the face of new mission,Chinese higher education should consciously construct the Belt and Road cultural discourse system,and work hard in three as-pects:reconstruction of cultural subjectivity through traditional culture,resolution of intercultural by facing other cultures,and promotion of cultural identity by strengthening moral leadership,so as to help the construction of Belt and Road Initiative with cultural construction.
