The Realistic Value and Logical Direction of Digital Technology Empowering Internationalization of Higher Education at Home
The internationalization of higher education aims to enable all local students to re-ceive international education,and digital technology provides a new implementation method for inter-nationalization in the local area.The empowerment of digital technology has important practical val-ue in the internationalization of higher education in the region,which is reflected in the technological empowerment driven by digital technology,the empowerment of rights to expand the coverage of in-ternationalization resources through digital technology,the empowerment of efficiency gained through promoting substantive interaction through digital technology.The logical dimension of digital technol-ogy empowering local internationalization is characterized by reshaping the concept of local interna-tionalization education,constructing a digital space for local internationalization education,gathering local internationalization education resources through digital means,and carrying out flexible and di-verse local internationalization education projects.However,the empowerment of digital technology for local internationalization also requires strategies such as strengthening the construction of digital technology infrastructure,enhancing the digital technology literacy and capabilities of teachers and students,and ensuring data security and privacy for teachers and students to address the potential challenges they may face.
