Study on the Educational Position of Constructing the Knowledge System of Educational Administration——Evolution and Direction of the Relationship between Educational Activities and Management Activities
The dependence of educational administration activities on educational activities is the deep logic behind proposing the educational stance of constructing the knowledge system of edu-cational administration.With the organization,systematization,and institutionalization of education-al activities,the independence of educational administration activities is increasingly strengthening,even surpassing educational activities,evolving from independence to"arrogance".This alienation has caused confusion in the choice of educational stance for the establishment of the knowledge sys-tem of educational administration.The correction of alienation in educational administration activi-ties should be directed towards the symbiosis between educational administration activities and edu-cational activities.This means that knowledge in the field of educational management should not on-ly focus on the logic of management activities,but also on the logic of educational activities.From the perspective of education,studying how to generate subject content and subject system that reflect the"education"attributes of educational management is the fundamental approach to the construc-tion of knowledge system of educational administration.
