高校创新创业教育赋能共同富裕的概念框架与实现路径

共同富裕是一个复杂深刻、影响深远的社会议题,而高校创新创业教育对于共同富裕具有重要的作用.高校创新创业教育在不断发展的同时,要更好地服务共同富裕的使命,为共同富裕建设不断赋能."自我赋能""授权赋能""协同赋能"三种重要赋能模式彼此相关,构成了高校创新创业教育赋能共同富裕的概念框架.运用三重赋能模式,持续推动创新创业教育助力实现共同富裕的主要路径为:一是高校创新创业教育的"自我赋能",不断推进创新创业教育体系建设;二是政策支持下的"授权赋能",不断推进政策导向和健全创业服务保障;三是多元主体的"协同赋能",驱动创新创业教育融入共同富裕.
Conceptual Framework and Implementation Pathways of Empowering Common Prosperity through Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education in Higher Education
Common prosperity is a complex and profound societal issue with far-reaching implica-tions,and innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher education institutions plays a crucial role in achieving common prosperity.While continuously evolving,innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher education must better serve the mission of common prosperity and continually empower the construction of common prosperity."Independent empowerment","organizational em-powerment",and"collaborative empowerment"are three important empowering modes that are inter-related,forming a conceptual framework for achieving common prosperity through innovation and en-trepreneurship education in colleges and universities.The main ways to utilize the triple empowering model to continuously advance innovation and entrepreneurship education for the purpose of achiev-ing common prosperity are as follows:"independent empowerment"of innovation and entrepreneur-ship education in universities,continuously advancing the construction of the innovation and entre-preneurship education system;"organizational empowerment"under policy support,continuously ad-vancing policy guidance and improving entrepreneurial service guarantees;"collaborative empower-ment"of diverse entities,driving the integration of innovation and entrepreneurship education into common prosperity.
