摘要
教育、科技、人才一体化发展是世界强国崛起的历史规律,是我国强国建设的重要战略部署.改革开放以来,我国不断推动教育、科技、人才事业改革创新,职业教育作为人才培养、产业发展和科技创新的重要支撑,与人才培养、产业变革和科技进步同频共振.为落实教育、科技、人才一体化发展部署,职业教育要立足服务中国式现代化核心任务,遵循教育、科技、人才一体化发展逻辑,深化产教融合,提高与现代化产业体系的匹配度;深化科教融汇,增强服务科技攻关和科技成果转化的能力;探索赋能路径,塑造助力实现共同富裕的新优势;提高中职教育质量,夯实高质量教育体系基础;深化职普融通,优化高层次技术技能人才供给.
Abstract
The integrated development of education,technology and talents is a historical law in the rise of world powers,and the strategic deployment for China's construction of a strong power.Since the reform and opening up,China has continuously promoted the reform and innovation of edu-cation,technology,and talents.As an important support for talents cultivation,industrial develop-ment and technological innovation,Chinese vocational education resonances at the same frequency with the reform and innovation of education,technology and talents.Implementing the strategy of ed-ucation,technology and talent integrated development,to promote high-quality development of voca-tional and technical education should be based on serving the core task of Chinese path to moderniza-tion and following the historic logic of integrated development of education,technology and talents;deepening the integration of industry and education so as to match with regional industrial structure;deepening the integration of scientific research and vocational and technical education so as to ser-vice technology breakthroughs as well as scientific and technological achievements transformation;exploring empowerment pathways so as to assist in achieving common prosperity;improving the qual-ity of secondary vocational and technical education so as to consolidate the foundation of high-quali-ty education system,and deepening the integration of vocational and technical education and general education so as to increase high-level technical and skilled talents.
