The Generative Logic,Intrinsic Characteristic and Construction Path of the Benign Ecology of University Disciplines
The benign ecology of university discipline is the result of the combined action of"in-ternal force"and"external thrust"of disciplines,which has two kinds of generative logics:"internal force"and"external force".Endogenous logic reflects the law that university disciplines rely on their own internal needs to drive development,while exogenous logic reflects the law that disciplines rely on external forces to promote development.From the perspective of ecology,the benign ecology of university disciplines should have the symbiosis of diversity and complementarity,the adaptability of independence and openness,the growth of competition and cooperation,the intersection of diffe-rentiation and integration,and the balance between input and output.If universities want to enhance the symbiosis,adaptability,vitality,cohesion and balance of discipline ecology,they must scientifi-cally reconstruct the mutually beneficial discipline community,break the wall to reconstruct the cul-ture of discipline ecology,strengthen cooperation to reconstruct a community with a shared future of discipline,open up channels to reconstruct the big model of scientific research and innovation,and bi-directionally reconstruct the new thinking of serving society.Only in this way can the benign ecology of university disciplines be generated and developed sustainably.
