In response to the development trend of the digital society,it is imperative to imple-ment the strategic action of education digitalisation and promote the digital transformation of educa-tion.The digitalisation of education to empower rural teachers'high-quality development means rely-ing on the core support and innovative application of digital technology to promote the in-depth integra-tion of digital technology and the development of rural teachers in all dimensions,and to help the multi-dimensional transformation and change of rural teachers'educational scenarios and spaces,teaching paradigms,personal knowledge,competence structures,and team management,so as to cre-ate a high-quality rural teaching force that is adapted to the development trend of digitalisation of education.At the same time,we are also faced with digital technology anxiety,which suppresses rural teachers'motivation for high-quality development,weak digital literacy,which restricts rural tea-chers'action for high-quality development,uneven digital resources,which widens the gap between rural teachers'high-quality development,and heavy digital costs,which increases the burden of high-quality development for rural teachers.Based on the advancement logic,literacy pathway,resource pathway and management pathway,we can promote the high-quality development of rural teachers by cultivating the concept of digital cultural consciousness of rural teachers,implementing the digital literacy improvement project for rural teachers,building digital resource sharing communities for ru-ral teachers,and improving the digital burden management system for rural teachers.
