加快建设教育强国是中国式现代化的战略支撑,也是全面建设社会主义现代化国家的重要内容.加快建设教育强国,需要精准把握和深入理解教育强国的丰富内涵要义;遵循由教育大国到教育强国的发展理念转向、服务中国特色社会主义现代化、满足人民群众对更好教育的需求、提升全球教育发展位次和贡献力等基本逻辑;正视教育发展过程中教育体系结构有待优化、教育质量存在一定短板、教育治理现代化面临诸多困境等现实挑战.建议从优化教育强国建设的组织领导架构、数字化赋能教育治理现代化变革、优化教育制度体系、实施教育质量重点提升工程、构建教育强国效益监测体系等方面着手,合力施策,进一步加快教育强国建设步伐.
The Connotation and Significance,Logical Direction,and Countermeasures of Accelerating the Construction of a Powerful Country in Education
Accelerating the construction of a powerful country in education is the strategic sup-port for Chinese-style to modernization and an important part of building a modern socialist country in an all-round way.To accelerate the construction of a powerful country in education,it is necessary to accurately grasp and deeply understand the rich connotations and a powerful country in education.On the basis of following the logic of the development concept of transforming from a big country in education to a strong country in education,serving the modernization of socialism with Chinese char-acteristics,meeting the people's demand for better education,and improving the ranking and contri-bution of global education development,we should face up to the problems that exist in the process of education development,such as the need to optimize the structure of the education system,the shortcomings and weaknesses of education quality,and the difficulties faced by the modernization of education governance.It is recommended that we optimize the organizational and leadership struc-ture for building an educational powerhouse,modernize the governance of digitized empowered edu-cation,improve and optimize the educational system,implement the key projects for improving edu-cational quality,and accelerate the construction of an effective monitoring system for building power-ful country in education.
