职业教育数字化转型是应对以数字技术为代表的第四次科技革命的必然选择.职业教育与经济社会发展密切相关,职业教育作为连接教育与产业的关键纽带对我国建设高质量教育体系和促进产业升级至关重要.数字化时代,职业教育以契合人才素养新需求,激活科技创新新动力,构建产业升级新样态,催生终身学习新体系为内生动力,通过数字技术赋能教育,使职业教育教学过程精准化、学习体验具身化、管理模式智能化、评价路径可视化的内在价值得以实现.为进一步提高职业教育人才培养的效能,职业院校应树立教育数字化理念,铸牢教育数字化基座,提高教师数字化素养,推动产教数字化融合,以此为着力点探索职业院校数字化转型路径,实现职业教育数字化高效转型.
The Value,Connotation and Path of Digital Transformation of Vocational Education
The digital transformation of vocational education is an inevitable choice to deal with the fourth scientific and technological revolution represented by digital technology.Vocational educa-tion is closely related to economic and social development.As a key link between education and in-dustry,vocational education is very important for building China's high-quality education system and promoting China's industrial upgrading.In the digital age,vocational education aims to meet the new needs of talent literacy,activate the new impetus of scientific and technological innovation,build a new pattern of industrial upgrading,and promote a new system of lifelong learning as the en-dogenous driving force.Through digital technology-empowered education,the intrinsic value of voca-tional education teaching process,learning experience,intelligent management mode and visualiza-tion of evaluation path can be realized.In order to further improve the efficiency of personnel train-ing in vocational education,vocational colleges should establish the concept of digital education,build the digital base of education,improve the digital literacy of teachers,and promote the digital in-tegration of production and education.This is the focus to explore the digital transformation path of vocational colleges and realize the digital and efficient transformation of vocational education.
