新质生产力是一种全新的生产力形态,具有高科技、高效能和高质量等特征,城市群高等教育是新质生产力发展的重要参与者、创造者、赋能者和贡献者.区域高等教育布局调整战略指向提升综合实力、产业转型升级、培育新质生产力和科技创新能力,以高等教育的高质量发展推进区域经济社会高质量发展,通过全产业链衔接、全技术链创新和全人才链培养,实现区域高等教育布局之变、学科之变、专业之变和育人之变,培养新质人才,促进新质生产力发展.
Abstract
New quality productivity is a brand new form of productivity,with the characteristics of high technology,high efficiency and high quality.Urban agglomeration of higher education is an important participant creator,enabler and contributor for new quality productivity development.Re-gional higher education layout adjustment strategy is to promote comprehensive strength,industrial transformation and upgrading,cultivate new quality productivity and scientific and technological in-novation ability,promote regional economic development of high quality with the high quality de-velopment of higher education,through the whole industry chain,technology chain innovation and whole talent chain training,realize changes in regional higher education layout,discipline,profe-ssional and education,cultivate new talents,and promote the development of new quality productivity.
