人工智能赋能我国高等教育高质量发展的内涵、困境及路径

当前,人工智能技术在高等教育中的应用方兴未艾.人工智能赋能我国高等教育高质量发展主要表现在促进高等教育供给侧变革、促进教学形态变革、促进教育生态变革和促进高校在地国际化四个方面.人工智能赋能我国高等教育高质量发展面临资源配置失衡带来的智能鸿沟、技术迭代带来的数字素养提升问题与约束机制滞后等带来的伦理失范和法律风险等困境,可以从统筹推进人工智能战略布局、加强高校师生在人工智能方面的培训、规范人工智能在高校治理中的应用三个方面破局.
Abstract
The application of artificial intelligence(AI)in higher education is flourishing.The promotion of high-quality development of higher education in China through AI mainly manifests in four aspects:promoting the transformation of supply-side of higher education,promoting the transfor-mation of teaching forms,promoting the transformation of educational ecology,and promoting the in-ternationalization at home.There is a certain basis for the realization of high-quality development of higher education in China through AI,but there are also dilemmas such as the intelligence gap caused by unequal resource allocation,the problem of digital literacy upgrading caused by technolo-gical iteration,the ethical and legal risks caused by the lag of restraint mechanisms,etc.It is sugges-ted that we break the deadlock from three aspects of coordinating the strategic layout of AI,strength-ening the training of teachers,students and employees in AI for higher education institutions,and standardizing the governance of AI in higher education institutions.
