Action Logic and Path Exploration of New-quality Productive Forces Empowering Educational Governance
New-quality productive forces is the endogenous driving force for realizing the moder-nization of educational governance systems and governance capabilities.It takes innovative produc-tivity,technological productivity,and factor productivity as its core to drive workers,labor materials,and labor objects to transform into new qualities.As a core hub in the social system,educational governance involves the deepening of communication and collaboration,the promotion of technologi-cal innovation and its application in educational practice,and many other fields.It is closely related to the development of new-quality productive forces.The development of new-quality productive for-ces plays a vital role in reshaping the system structure of educational governance,optimizing the ra-tional allocation of educational resources,and accelerating the digital transformation of educational governance.It injects strong impetus into the high-quality development of education and promotes the educational governance system and governance capacity modernization building process.In order to fully unleash the potential of new-quality productive forces in educational governance,key areas need to be focused.This includes focusing on promoting innovation in optimizing education systems,estab-lishing and improving educational data sharing mechanisms,innovative talent training mechanisms,and promoting high-level opening to the outside world,thereby promoting the development of educa-tional governance in a more scientific,efficient,and intelligent direction and contributing to the cause of education in our country,laying a solid foundation for sustainable development.
