Goal Formulation,Practice Challenges and Path Optimization of Higher Education Spatial Governance in Developing New-quality Productive Forces
The higher education space is a collection of spatial elements related to the concepts and activities of higher education.Accelerating the formation of new-quality productive forces and solidly promoting high-quality development requires improving the governance of higher education spaces. This governance empowers the formation of new-quality productive forces and their interrela-tion.To implement the green development concept of new-quality productive forces,it is necessary to construct a higher education space that supports these forces with the establishment of fair,coordi-nated,and heterogeneous spatial forms.According to the goal formulation of higher education spac-es,current governance faces practical challenges such as strategic ambiguity leading to target devia-tion,strategy failure hindering implementation, and disorderly flows due to non-compliance by key actors. To improve governance in higher education spaces and support the development of new pro-ductive forces, the governance should implement an integrated strategy of regional coordination and focused development, promote the combination of spatial production and compensatory distribution strategies, and ensure reasonable and orderly flows within higher education spaces through coordinat-ed guarantees.
