Dilemma and Strategy of Integrating Comprehensive Quality Evaluation into College Entrance Examination—Base on the Perspective of Evaluation Use Theory
The integration of comprehensive quality evaluation into college entrance examination is a key measure of college entrance examination enrollment reform in the new era.However,promo-ting comprehensive quality evaluation into college entrance examination faces the constraints from the comprehensive quality evaluation itself,evaluators,users and social organization background,which puts it into a dilemma.From the theoretical analysis of the use of educational evaluation,the reasons behind the dilemma lie in the lack of systematic research on the use of educational evalua-tion theory,the lack of understanding of the importance of colleges and universities participating in the use process of comprehensive quality evaluation,and the lack of comprehensive analysis on the complexity of the influencing factors of the use of comprehensive quality evaluation in college en-trance examination.In order to further promote the substantive process of integrating comprehensive quality evaluation into college entrance examination,it is necessary to strengthen the training of com-prehensive quality evaluation technology and the use of evaluation results,promote the deep partici-pation of multi evaluators such as principals,teachers and students in the evaluation,standardize the user identity of colleges and universities in the comprehensive quality evaluation,and create the so-cial organization background conditions for integrating comprehensive quality evaluation into college entrance examination.
