The Implication,Dimension and Approach of Building a High-quality Education Governance System under the Background of Education Powerhouse
The key to building an education powerhouse lies in building a high-quality education governance system.In the context of building a education powerhouse country,good governance is the goal and vision of building a high-quality education governance system.Comprehensive gover-nance is the action logic of building a high-quality education governance system.The rule of good law is the fundamental guarantee for the construction of a high-quality education governance system.Starting from the construction of an education powerhouse,the construction of a high-quality educa-tion governance system needs to construct a vision system that is in line with human nature in terms of value selection,establish a comprehensive institutional system in terms of ontology structure,and establish an efficient legal system in terms of operational mechanism.In the future,to promote the construction of a high-quality education governance system and serve the construction of an educa-tion powerhouse,we must take institutional discourse as the guide and achieve ethical consciousness in the construction of a high-quality education governance system,use institutional structure as a car-rier,clarify the structural system of building a high-quality education governance system,based on the legal system,and standardize the action logic of building a high-quality education governance system.
