The Problem Representation and Development Direction of Professional Group Construction in Higher Vocational Schools from the Perspective of Industrial Development
The vocational attribute of higher vocational education determines that its professional construction should be closely connected with regional industries, and also determines the fundamen-tal logic of professional group construction serving industrial development. The collaborative develop-ment of higher vocational specialty group and regional industry can give full play to its agglomeration effect. However,in the process of specialty group construction in higher vocational schools, there are some problems, such as the lack of docking between specialty setting and industrial development needs, the lack of deep integration between the training process and industrial subjects, and the path dependence of construction ideas and management, which lead to inaccurate logical positioning of the group, the low overall low development level of the specialty group, and the inconspicuous cluster effect. To promote the high-quality development of higher vocational schools, the construction of spe-cialty groups should adapt to the regional industrial layout and be flexibly adjusted with the industri-al development, integrate, build and share resources, and cultivate the mechanism of industry educa-tion collaborative education, connect with the industry to"build a hospital with a group"and opti-mize the internal governance structure.
