Logical Reasoning,Realistic Dilemmas and Action Strategies of Vocational Education Empowering New-quality Productivity
Based on the classical Marxist Productivity Theory,we have analyzed the basic conno-tation and value implication of the new-quality productivity,elaborated in depth the two-way driving logic that the new-quality productivity triggers the change of the vocational education system,and the vocational education empowers the formation and development of the new-quality productivity,and pointed out that there still exists a lack of"artisanal spirit"and a lack of social support for the voca-tional education to empower the new-quality productivity.It is pointed out that vocational education empowering new-quality productivity still has many problems,such as the lack of"craftsmanship",social prejudice against vocational education,insufficient opening of vocational education to the out-side world,and in-depth integration of industry and education.Based on the dilemmas,we emphasize the action strategies for empowering the new-quality productivity,such as further constructing in-depth integration of industry and education,insisting on opening up to the outside world,promoting the spirit of craftsmanship,and giving full play to the synergy of the"four chains"in order to con-struct a diversified vocational education talent matrix.
